I follow John Lennon’s simple quote ‘Reality leaves a lot to the imagination’........with one added element - you’re responsible for the imagination part to keep boring old reality at bay! 

A smile on your face when you wake up and when you go to sleep goes a long way!

My father always told me ‘every day you should be learning something up to the day you fall down dead! 

All that said I use singing and entertaining as an outlet to work my brain, body and spirit to keep me going!  Everyone should have some sort of outlet to make the mundane moments bearable and the cool moments fantastic!
